On August 13, 2014, McKinley Gardens an 119-unit, affordable family housing project (managed by Cardinal Capital) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin hosted its annual back-to-school event. Thanks to donations and sponsors, 50 children were able to hand select a backpack of his or her choice. Each backpack was filled with the needed school supplies as listed on the Milwaukee Public Schools supplies list.

McKinley Gardens’ staff would like to thank everyone for their generosity. It was wonderful to see how excited the children were when selecting their backpacks.
