On December 30, 2014 Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. in partnership with Vangard Group, LLC and Endeavour Corp, Inc. acquired the historic Germania building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The partners may convert the building into apartments, but are still considering other ideas.
