On June 30, 2014, Cardinal Capital submitted a 9% low-income housing tax credit application for a 40-unit, new construction development with on-site supportive services for individuals and families that are homeless in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Cardinal Capital is thrilled to continue to work with the wonderful organizations in Colorado to move this project forward to meet a significant need of some of the most vulnerable individuals and families along the western slope. Permanent supportive housing is a proven tool to helping individuals and families with significant challenges to live with stability and dignity.
