Cardinal Capital has partnered with HomewardBound of the Grand Valley, Inc. to develop Pathways Village, a 40-unit, new construction project with on-site supportive services for individuals and families that are homeless in Grand Junction, Colorado. The project will have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and is expected to break ground in March 2015.
