On November 6, 2013 Troop Café located on the first floor of Veterans Manor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin had its official grand opening. The grand opening featured a ribbon cutting, keynote speakers and a plaque dedication for many sponsors of Troop Café.

Speakers included two Veteran trainees from Troop Café, Center for Veterans Issues leadership, an executive from Harley Davidson and City leaders. The grand opening was the kick off to the “Tribute to Veterans,” a week filled of events, sponsored by Harley Davidson.
