Redevelopment Authority Approves Germania Building’s City Funding Proposal

On March 17, 2016 the Redevelopment Authority board approved the Germania city funding proposal. The proposal would allow the project to receive $1.5 million in city funds for the planned conversion of downtown Milwaukee’s vacant Germania Building from offices to apartments.
