On January 31, 2017, the Common Council’s Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee approved the Clarke Square Apartments proposal by Cardinal Capital and Journey House, Inc.  The proposed Milwaukee southside development would feature two, three-story buildings, a combined 40 units to include housing for youth who have turned 18 and have “aged out” of the foster care system.
