In March 2017 the plan commission approved the plans for a development located in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The proposed 69-unit market rate housing development will offer a mix of one and two bedrooms. What makes this development unique is that 12 to 14 of the units will provide amenities and residential support services for autistic persons.
