On Tuesday, February 27, 2018 it was announced that Clarke Square Apartments, a proposed Milwaukee south side development by Cardinal Capital and Journey House will receive tax credit financing. The project will set aside around 10 of its 40 apartments for youth who have “aged out” of the foster care system.
