The Redevelopment Authority of Racine unanimously voted in favor of Cardinal Capital’s proposed plan to redevelop the former Ajax industrial complex in Racine, Wisconsin into housing.
Cardinal Capital proposes to demolish all but one of the old Ajax buildings and build 112 housing units with a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The plan also includes setting aside one-third of the housing for veterans.
