We are pleased to announce that on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at the 21st Annual Mayor’s Design Award ceremony, the Historic Germania Building received the Mayor’s Design Award.

The Historic Germania Building was recognized in the “Test of Time” category. Projects in this category have added value to the city by restoring or reusing their properties in a way that preserves and enhances the character of their neighborhood and reinforces the traditional neighborhood fabric. These projects help preserve the city’s built environment and architectural legacy for future generations.

Cardinal Capital was honored to present at the ceremony to receive this award along with our partner Haywood Group, LLC and the project’s architect Korb and Associates.
