Cardinal Capital will receive federal tax credits for its proposed Harm Reduction House project. The Harm Reduction House is a new construction project following the demolition of an existing building located on the north side of Milwaukee, WI. Harm Reduction House will provide 24 studio units of permanent, supportive housing for very low-income adults who are chronically homeless and suffer from chronic alcoholism. Harm Reduction House will be the first, Housing First project in Milwaukee, WI.
