Cardinal in partnership with Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin will develop a four-story mixed use building on Milwaukee’s south side. A clinic offering primary medical care, dental hygiene services, pharmacy and space for rotating specialist and clinical learners will occupy the first floor. The top three floors will be apartments owned and managed by Cardinal.

Cardinal is proud to have partnered on a development that will address the link between housing and health. The development is expected to open late 2020.
