For the last several years Cardinal has operated from two office locations, one in Milwaukee and a one a few miles away in West Allis. We simply ran out of space as our staff grew and we had to lease additional space for our property management division.

But no more.

As of September 2013 we have broken ground on a new location, our own 12,500sf building that will be home to all of our Milwaukee area staff.

The location is 901 N. 70th St. West Allis Wisconsin.

We anticipate moving into our state of the art building about March of 2014. Our underground parking will lead to an open concept layout with many low-walled work stations, open sight line offices, common meeting spaces and a fast and reliable fiber-optic internet communications and VOIP phone systems. An open patio for our staff to take breaks on after using our onsite fitness room makes the view of several municipal baseball/softball diamonds behind us an attractive site.
