Cardinal Capital in partnership with Center for Veterans Issues (CVI) is pleased to announce the ground breaking of a Green Bay, Wisconsin site in August 2014 for a new 50-unit, low-income housing tax credit building that will become permanent, supportive housing for veterans.

The Green Bay site was selected due to its proximity to the new Veterans Affair (VA) clinic. CVI has a strong working partnership with the VA and this will facilitate delivery of services to our residents.

We extend our gratitude to the outstanding community support received from Brown County, Home Depot Foundation, Affordable Housing Program, Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and the City of Green Bay HOME Funds.
