On Monday, December 7, 2020, the Wauwatosa Plan Commission approved development plans presented by Cardinal Capital Management, Inc.  The development, Le Bon Vivant, is a proposed 40-unit apartment project for active adults ages 55 and up in the East Tosa neighborhood. Le Bon Vivant will be developed on St. Pius X Parish’s vacant parking lot in Wauwatosa. The project must still receive approval from the full common council.
