On Thursday, August 30, 2018, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) announced a State Housing Tax Credit award to fund renovations at Cardinal Capital managed and affiliated multifamily developments in Wisconsin. The tax credits distributed by WHEDA will preserve a combined 218 affordable housing units.
